After retiring from the military with 20 years of service, I wanted to start a business where I could use my work ethic, attention to detail, and “figure it out” mindset to help my local community . . . while avoiding time working in a cubicle. My guiding principle is simple — “Good work is always worth doing.”

• Rental turnover prep (deep cleaning, painting, installations, pressure washing, etc.)

• Inspection punch‑list completion

• Preventative maintenance, checks, and services (filters, lubrications, vent cleaning, safety & function inspections)

• Pre‑listing and move‑out condition checks
